Travel information

We have planned travel and accommodation options for all our international guests. Below you will find the most efficient and cost effective options for travel and accommodation:

Arrival by plane.

(1) Arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport on Friday 14 June. You will then have free time to check into your hotel or do some sightseeing in Paris. On Saturday, you will be picked up by the host and transferred directly to the event venue. After the event, the host will again provide transport to the airport or train station.

(2) Arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport (no later than 8.30am) on Saturday 15 June. From there you will be picked up by transport provided by the host and taken directly to the venue (luggage storage will be provided). Check-in at the hotel is scheduled for 18:30 to allow time for a sightseeing tour of Paris in the evening. Check-out the following day (Sunday) is no later than 12:00 noon – depending on your flight/train departure time, another sightseeing tour of the city may be planned.

* Flights: Tickets for Saturday are much more expensive than those for Friday or Sunday.
* Accommodation: The host organisation will book accommodation in advance in order to secure offers and costs. Please let the GPC team know how many people will be staying and in what configuration. We will then allocate you the appropriate accommodation.
* Costs: The host organisation covers the costs of the venue and catering during the event.

* Arrival/departure times have already been planned according to the conference schedule. Please respect these exact times if you wish to choose other airlines/flights.
** If possible, it is advisable to book in groups.
