The Global Pastor Conference is a worldwide series organized by the Zion Christian Mission Group (ZCMG), which began on April 20, 2024 with over 4,000 participating pastors in the Philippines. The ZCMG is thus responding to the declining membership numbers of all Christian denominations worldwide. In Germany, the proportion of Catholic and Protestant congregation members has fallen from 90 percent in 1919 to 70 percent in 2010 and to 55 percent in 2018.
