Global Pastors Conference in Frankfurt: Pastors Reflect on the Importance of the Book of Revelation

On Saturday, October 5, 2024, pastors from across Germany gathered in Frankfurt for the latest Global Pastors Conference, hosted by the Zion Christian Mission Group (ZCMG). This event, the third of its kind in Frankfurt this year, focused on the significance of the Book of Revelation and its relevance to today’s Christian leadership.

A key highlight of the conference was the broadcast of a sermon by Chairman Man Hee Lee. Delivered during a word seminar in Seoul just hours before, the message was streamed live to participants in Frankfurt and across 12 tribes worldwide. Chairman Lee emphasized the need for pastors to fully understand and teach the prophecies and realities described in the Book of Revelation, specifically focusing on Revelation 2-3 and Revelation 6.

The Message of Revelation and Its Urgency for Today

Chairman Lee urged the attending pastors to recognize the vital role the Book of Revelation plays in guiding Christians toward salvation. “The Bible speaks of two paths: one leading to eternal life and the other to destruction,” he explained. “We cannot add to or take away from the Word. If we do, we risk leading believers astray.” He stressed that understanding the true meaning of Revelation is crucial for pastors to accurately teach their congregations. Misunderstanding or misrepresenting its content could, according to Lee, lead followers down the wrong spiritual path.

During his sermon, Lee highlighted that Revelation represents the final work of God and that it is essential for spiritual leaders to study and internalize its message: “If we do not understand Revelation, we cannot fulfill God’s will. Therefore, we must first learn it before we can teach it.”

Lee also spoke about the 12 tribes that are established in the Book of Revelation, urging the pastors to reflect on whether they are part of this divine structure. He called on them to approach the Bible with a sincere desire to understand and to avoid forming their own interpretations without proper study.

Pastoral Discussions and Future Vision

After the broadcast, the pastors took time to engage in discussions, exchanging insights and networking with one another. The conference also featured an exhibition showcasing the history and global achievements of the Shincheonji Church of Jesus, including the success of the 100,000-graduate celebrations held by the Zion Christian Mission Group.

The conference concluded with a call for unity and deeper collaboration among Christian leaders, with a shared mission to spread the revealed word and heal communities through biblical teachings. The pastors expressed their appreciation for the insights gained from the conference and voiced their commitment to sharing these revelations with their congregations.
